Verena Omnes is a relief artist living in Provence. After a career in international tech development in Germany, Switzerland, and France, she turned to art. Self-taught, she has been practicing relief art—a cross between sculpture and painting—since 2023.

Using plaster and Luberon pigments as her medium, she explores the ephemeral nature of the botanical world. Light and shadow play a fundamental role, bringing depth, movement, and emotion to each piece. As the light changes, the shapes evolve, creating a dynamic interplay that breathes life into the work. This ever-changing dialogue highlights organic textures and surprising details, offering a new perspective on art with each glance. With great sensitivity, the artist invites the viewer to slow down and take the time to discover a delicate and poetic universe.
